How can I determine the shipping costs for specific spare parts?
It's very simple: add the desired spare parts to the shopping cart, then click on the "Go to cart" button. Here you will see the spare parts you have selected, and at the end of the list, you have the option to enter your country and a postal code (which can be arbitrary). The available shipping options will then be displayed.
This process is completely non-binding for you. You can either delete the shopping cart or proceed with the order.

Are you cheaper than Mercedes ?
Yes, in most cases we are. Anyhow, there's still quite a variety of parts that we have to buy from the local Mercedes dealer ourselves - due to the very restrictive discount policy of Mercedes Germany, we can't offer these parts cheaper than list price, but as in most countries Mercedes parts are quite a lot more expensive than in Germany you'll find those parts here at a better price than at your next Mercedes dealer. Besides that we offer many other parts in OEM quality at a much better price (i.e. shocks, rubber seals, brake and axle parts - it's a really long list!).


Do your prices include VAT ?
Yes, all prices shown on this webpage include 19% German VAT. Orders from countries outside the EC or from companies within the EC that have a European VAT-number, won't be charged the VAT.

How do you ship?
We usually use DHL standard service for most of our parcels.  But then again it depends on size, weight and payment option - be sure that we find a solution for almost any parts you need.

Shipping costs:We have integrated a shipping cost calculation in our shop, this applies to packages with the standard size permitted in each country.
Larger shipments must be requested individually.
